From Dundee, the birthplace of Rock and Roll, come a hot new, hard-rockin' power duo by the name of Super Kestrel. Fuelled by past-it's-sell-by-date booze and a passion for giving the masses what they need rather than what they want, the Kes (as they are known by their fan) sat down and proceeded to write the album that in time would be known as the turning point in home-made, rock/folk/electronica. With a fear that his latrant vocals might 'break the internet', enigmatic frontman Kenny Kendall was persuaded by his golden-fingered amigo Peter Goudie to "get it out in the public arena", which he did. After a night in the cells and a remand for 'public indecency', the Kestrel were back on track and made one the most promising bedroom debutes ever witnessed. Now, armed with an arsenal of euphoria enducing riffs and roster of open-mic venues, the Kestrel are looking for bigger fish to fry, and in their sights, the giant halibut of success, tangled in the pages of the world wide web.
