You invite me to drop in,
I'll have to ride this out,
Assess my situation,
I analyse your curves,
I do this for my self now,
Not sure I have the nerves

Refuse to let you hurt me,
I'd rather hurt myself,
I'll give you everything I've got,
But you can only take my health

Afraid to commit to the moment,
Place me back upon your shelf,
